I searched for this on ITTF website but cannot find any.
If I remember correctly they usually release it only 2 or 3 weeks before the AGM
Obviously they do not want the public to discuss the proposals & resolutions well in advance so that they won't contact their national representatives

You may be able to seek remedie by filing a lawsuit with Court of Arbitration for Sports It may be very expensive to file a case by yourself & your best option is to file a class action lawsuit which requires about 30 players in USa or a much smaller number in countries like Australia or New Ze...
