A dumbracket is any racket that has the same type rubber on both sides of the racket.
This defintion applies mostly to amateur players
A dumbracket with smooth spinny rubber is an especially dumbracket in table tennis & is the worst choice for children starting in the sport

Not exactly.
The classification is Based strictly on functionality & mostly applies only to amateur players.
Please visit the topic Dumb and Smart rackets and coaching malpractice to fully understand this.
Even if this is disrespectful, players, especially robotNazis should learn to accept it & get used to it going forward.........because pips and anti players have been abused since the 70's when they were humiliated by being called junk players. Additionally, AGAIN, calling smart rackets as junk rackets is in fact disrespectful since dumb rackets are the original junk rackets...........ask anyone from the hardbat era
