14 rule / regulation changes by robotNazi controlled ITTF to oppress choppers (& block defenders)

Below are the 14 rule / regulation changes that were passed by the robotNazi controlled ITTF since 1983 that fully or partially aimed at limiting the pips.

List shows 15 items :- But item 5 is just an FYI as it did not pass

1. 1977 : Ban on long pips by limiting the maximum allowed length of any pips to 2.00 mm
2. 1983 : More limits on slim (flex) pips by setting Maximum Allowed Aspect Ratio of pips to 1.3
3. 1983 : Initial two color rubbers rule (any 2 different colors)
4. 1985 : Added further restrictions on the 2 color by limiting rubbers only to 2 colors (Red & Black)
5. Around 1990-1995 : Failed attempt by Swedish Association to limit Table Tennis to ONLY dumb rackets banning all smart rackets that would have mandated that both of the racket must have identical rubbers
6. 1995 : Repeal of Speed glue ban (within months of implementation) forced by (click blue link) robotNazis
7. 1998 : Durban Regulation (chopper massacre) reduced the maximum allowed Aspect Ratio of pips from 1.3 to current 1.1
8. 2000 : Ball size increase from 38 mm to 40 mm (known as 40- ball)
9. 2004 :Regulation to reduce maximum allowed pip distribution density from 50 to current 30 pips per sq.cm
10. 2008 : FPB (Frictionless pips ban) by setting minimum allowed pip friction (COF) to be at least 0.5
11. 2008 : Fake ban on boosters to fool the IOC
12. 2014 : ball change from 40- celluloid to 40+ plastic
13. 2022 : Total official ban on 40- celluloid balls
14. 2024 : Rule change proposal rejection for women’s equality
15. 2024 : Increased maximum allowed rubber thickness from 4.00 mm to 4.05 mm to protect illegal (potentially criminal) boosting (even though rule 2.4.7 from 2008 & Regulation 3.4.2.2 if ITTF Statutes clearly says spein gluing & boosting are not only ITTF unapproved but are also common law illegal due to health code violations)

One may ask : Why would ITTF want to oppress choppers ? It makes no sense

All the councils & committees of ITTf and its National associates suchas USATT, DTTB, CTTA, JTTTA ect are totally controlled by robotNazis .
They hate the chopper nuisance and would love to ban all pips & anti completely.

But they can't . Why ? Because if ITTF bans pips / anti, they will defintely start their own association. just as the robotNazis themselves threatened to form their own association in 1995 when speed glue ban was imposed by the ITTF (ITTF repealed the ban within a matter of months)
ITTF of course cannot lose their TOTAL & absolute control over TableTennis and especially lose Olympic funding & IOC could even expel table etnnis Olympics like they did to boxing and replace it with pole dancing (this is NOT a joke . Pole dancing is making a serioud bid)

So ITTF is doing the next best option. Keep pips & anti but keep imposing maximum limits and render pips & anti totally useless & dysfunctional.
This is why there had been these above 111 rule and regulation changes

The least known rule change is the 1977 ban on long pips.
Of course ITTF would love to keep this a secret and has indeed done an outstanding job keeping this a secret from defenders especially the choppers
