Of course I’m working on technique focusing mostly on block, push, FH smash with both rubbers, BH topspin.
All I know for sure is that neither spinverted rubber nor anti is meant for smashing.
If you want smash you want some sort of pips
But short pips is NOT a weakside (backhand for most) rubber
So you can try medium pips on forehand & spinverted on backhand. & twiddle as you need to for serves backhand block using medium pips etc

Ayhika Mukherjee (plays on India National Women's team) & Sushmit Sriram are sponsored by Dr.Neubauer
Both use Dr.Neubauer Gorilla on backhand. Ayhik uses memdim pips on forehand, Sriram uses short pips
But this may not be suitable for you if you like your backhand top spin using smooth rubber

4. Last question is about the normal rubber for BH. Better chinese (cheaper) or european? Better tacky or non-tacky? Better medium- soft or medium-hard? I own Joola Ryzhen Ice, Butterfly Tackiness D, Palio CJ8000 Biotech 42°-44°, Palio AK47 blue and Palio AK47 yellow.
Personally I definitely prefer Chinese rubbers for backhand heavier top spin as I am not worried about power
