When I started exposing ITTF corruption after the 1998 Durban Aspect Ratio Reduction Massacre, Dr.Neubauer simply changed one or more of the 18 or so other pip design parameters other than Aspect Ratio & laughed all the way to the bank between 1998 & 2008 to the utter dismay of the other German Equioment Dealer Eberhard Scholer LOL
This then caused the corrupt ITTF to pass three more changes (2000 ball change to 40- ball, 2004 Pip Distribution Density Reduction Regulation & 2008 Frictionless Pips Ban to stop this bleeding.
I have not seen even a a single free "Thank You" blade or rubber from Dr.Neubauer let along some royalty checks as commission from Dr.Neubauer for helping him...............just like Kanye West has launched Taylor Swift beyond the galaxy.
