It was pretty hilarious that MyTT moderators deleet a post * ban ythe poster that asked about sandpapaer & harbat etc but MyTT modertor StillTT creates a new thread talking about the same. It is not a big deal but when that happens a day aftet the poster was banned it just shows how corrupt the moderators of ITTF worship forums are.

If we want to simplify even further, then sandpaper is ready for a glorious comeback. Rufford Harrison says 25 years ago that sandpaper was made illegal accidentally. Time to fix that?
You are twisting Rufford Harrison's words by not explaining what he meant .
He only meant to say Sandpaper was left out of being made legal by omission (emaning there never ever were any ITTF proposals to make sandpaaper legal) . However theer is also a school of thought thast said that sandpaper was not made legal because the sandpaaper surface was damaging the earlier vesions of the celluloid or whatever balls .
So I suggest to StillTT that he do some fact chacking before posting misleading lies.

BTW I personally am all for approving sandpaper in ITTF events (if players are stupid enough to use rackets that don't truly enhance their differnt forehand & backhand playing styles, like sponge domain rackets do). If adults are stupid & selfish to keep promoting seperate hardbat & sandpaaper events for children & ruon their development , while other countries of Asia & Europe use proper sponge domain rubbers , hey go ahead and make fools of yourselves on the global arena, as if they (Asians & Europeans) do not already laugh at USA tabletennis enough .

The ball manufacturers would love this, sandpaper shreds balls in no time.
also...what about microplastics pollution with the sandpaper shredding of the ball. Bringing sandpaper blades back might be a very bad idea from an ecological standpoint.[/quote]

It is quite interesting how you research your facts .
Before HaggisV & Danielle Vstated how the ball gets damaged , you insisted on adding sandpaper to ITTF.
But after HaggisV & Danielle V corrected you , you switched your position in a day.
WOW you belong on the ITTF equipment Committee. You chaneg a major rule but changeit back again in a few days LOL
