Tuttle Autumn 3D - New pips

Do you know where I can buy this rubber ?
It is listed as approved on ITTF LARC as replacement for 911, which is no longer ITTF approved.
Is this any good ?
I would like to try one

Lot of rubbers listed as newly approved on ITTF LARC are yet to be released to the public.
I heard few of them are never released, which is weird because why would anyone pay the ITTF approval fees which is probably into $1000s
