Blades and rubbers don't make that much of a difference when you get good coaching. They may slow you down a bit, But the hours, the player ans the coaching are usually the biggest driver.

So what you are saying is that any player in TableTennis can play just equally as well using any rubber and blade regardless of their age, playing style, strengths on forehand / backhand etc
