First ever European made long pimples after 48 years ?

FINALLY !! after 48 years (when ITTF banned long pips at 1977 BGM) of suffering do the choppers finally have a long pips rubber again ?

Is this the first ever European made long pips for the 40+ plastic ball ONLY era ?
Reach C-801 long pimples
I thouught the other Reach versions were also made in Europe /
Where exactly are they made ?

I could not find a European dealer though

I thought long pimples (& choppers) were banned in 1983 , when iTTF set Aspect Ratio limit of 1.3 ??

Looks like they released a new version of C-8 & C-801
These do not seem to be mushroom pips lie the older version.
The mushrooms pips are harder to control but more disruptive.
Two time Olympic Champion(Singles & doubles each) Deng Yaping used mushroom pips called Yung 63-8A earlier in her career but switched to RITC 729- 755 at Olympics.
THe new version seems to be straight cylinderical like 99% pips.
Hopefully this has better control

Keep in mind that the black & red versions have different pip length, width & aspect rato
Black is useless for choppers

Black version is length 3.0 mm and width 2.5 mm for an Aspect Ratio of 1.2
Red version is length 3.0 mm and width 2.2 mm for an Aspect Ratio of 1.37

For reference the Aspect RAtio of ITTF slim (flex) pips was 1.3 before 1999 when it was reduced to 1.1 (as of today)
