Because in the early days , hackers were using signatures to pass dirty links
So signatures had to be turned off.
We have to search all users & delete existing signatures.
This has to be done at database level.
Too lazy now.
Once it is done, signatures will be turned back on.
(Some legitimate advertisers actually asked for use of signatures as well. This will be allowed once database is cleaned up)
