This clearly highlights you are talking about real all spins table tennis and not just the ITTF's top spin only version of version of Olympic table tennis where they have their own GOAT discussions such as Ma Long & Jan Ove Waldner

Next you should show the videos where he loses extremely close matches to Kong Linghui , Ma Long , Zhang Jike etc (I think there is also a video of him beating Ma Long). This would highlight why Joo would be the GOAT if ITTF did not keep moving the GOAT post (I mean goal post) every time a chopper starts to dominate. If he continues , he would end up being same as those other choppers who shamelessly sold their souls to the ITTF .

Even if they played today with Joo retired and Ma Long (semi retired ??) , there is absolutely zero chance that Ma Long, the GOAT from the other sport known as ITTF's top spin only Olympic table tennis can beat Joo Sae-hyuk on a close to a fair and level playing field
With Joo being allowed actual long pips . Hey Ma Long can even boost.

In fact I wonder if Ma Long can even beat Chen Weixing or Hou Yingchao first on a close to a fair and level playing field
