Hello Pimplers,

This time I took the challenge to find all the brands who produce long pips (56 in total), and I tried to share which, in my opinion, are the best from each brand:

No existen las gomas de "puntos largos" (long pips) en el tenis de mesa regido por la ITTF.
Los "puntos largos" fueron prohibidos durante la Asamblea General Anual (AGM) celebrada en Birmingham en 1977.
La ITTF utiliza este término de "largos" en su reglamento LARC para adoctrinar a los jugadores que usan gomas de puntos, especialmente a los defensores (choppers).

En realidad, te refieres a las gomas de "puntos delgados y flexibles" (slim flex), utilizadas por esos jugadores adoctrinados dentro del modelo de tenis de mesa olímpico de la ITTF, centrado exclusivamente en el *topspin*.

Y lo que es aún más importante: un mismo fabricante puede producir gomas de puntos delgados específicas para los defensores que juegan alejados de la mesa; otras gomas de puntos delgados y flexibles para los bloqueadores que juegan junto a la mesa; y otras gomas distintas para un juego más polivalente (*all-round*).

Por lo tanto, no existe una única "mejor goma" por fabricante. Mi sospecha es que probaste estos materiales basándote únicamente en tu propia perspectiva como bloqueador que juega junto a la mesa.

There are no "long" pips in ITTF table tennis.
"Long" pips were banned at the 1977 Birmingham BGM'
ITTF uses this term "long" in their LARC to brainwash the pips players especially the choppers.

You are talking about "slim flex" pips used by brainwashed pips players in ITTF's top spin only Olympic table tennis

More importantly , a manufacturer may may make some slim pips rubbers for away from the table choppers & some other slim flex pips rubbers for at the table blockers & yet other rubbers for all round play.

So there no single best rubber for each manufacturer. My suspicion is that you tested these from your perspective only as an at the table blocker.

The best "long" pips for away from the table choppers (though this is also a great all around rubber) is Magic 77
The best "long" pips for at the table blockers is Reach C-801

Please note : These are not meant for ITTF pips player slaves. Because these are not listed on ITTF LARC

Your profile on TTDaily says you are using an anti-spin rubber Dr.Neubauer ABS 3 on your backhand
When did you switch from pips?

I guess the ITTF LARC slim pips you wasted time testing are obviously not doing their job for you ?

Te habría ayudado en tu causa o cruzada (sea lo que sea) si hubieras investigado un poco en lugar de dejarte manipular por la ITTF.

Podrías haber empezado por la definición misma de pips largos.
