You do not have to win any matches . Just use them with full umpire approval certification & provide me proof that you used them

This is a genuine offer but void if prohibited by international or USA or other laws and or ITTF / IOC bye laws

A smart blade will have different layer compositions for backhand & forehand
The forehand side should have an outer layer ALC (or similar) if the player loops on the forehand
The outer layer on forehand side must be ZLC or similar if the player is a flat hitter
On backhand side there will eb no composite material. The layers will e very slow for maximum dwell time to maximize back spin against incoming loops

The blade needs to be about 172 mm in both width and length again to maximize dwell time for maximizing back spin with long pips chops as well as for an even more enlarged sweet spot. This is very important by greatly overlooked. Because the larger blade is needed for a chopper to maximize back spin on the current 40+ mm plastic ball. Both the size increase & material change from celluloid to plastic have drastically reduced back spins for choppers in addition to other changes to limit choppers. . Almost all choppers have no clue about all this

But first of all I am NOT asking any chopper to break the rules. Breaking rules is the exclusive domain of robotNazis who boost illegally.

What I am asking for these choppers is actually to challenge the rules
If someone like Gionnis or Han Ying challenged the rules , ITTF will have to take notice.
I am confidently offering $5000 because the umpire cannot allow them to use above rubbers
But these choppers can make a statement that they have a spine.

As far as my challenging the rules, I have already done so in 2000. All this is well documented in USENET newsgroup RSTT ( rec.sport.table-tennis )
I asked USATT to allow me to use Feint Long Classic at an Official USATT tournamnet in Maryland. They refused & I did not play.
But what transpired before the tournament was more important. Some robotNazi thugs (part of Rev. Larry Hodges cult on RSTT) openly threatened me in the newsgroup not to even show up at the tournament. I had to call the police to be on the safe side.

Again , to be very clear, I am NOT asking any player to use unapproved or de-approved rubbers in a USATT tournament. I am asking top players to challenge the rules. I am not a pro or semi-pro player at rating 2100+ then and USATT & ITTF swept this under the rug.
But if pro & semi-pro choppers took a stand ITTF will have to take notice.
But instead , choppers like Virginia Sung worship the ITTF. That is disgraceful.

Compare this to what the robotNazis did in 1995 when ITTF tried to institute a spein glue ban. The robotNazis stood united strong and firm in Europe & in USA (led by Rev. Larry Hodges who used the USATT magazine over and over to protect spein gluing and got fired by the then USATT president Terry Timmins) and threatened to form their own separate Association. ITTF got scared and immediately repealed the spein glue ban in am atter of 3 months.
So in a bizarre way I have great admiration for robotNazis on how they stand together to protect their criminal causes(common law illegal boosting) .
Compare this to choppers. Choppers have zero self-respect or self-esteem and choppers like Virginia Sung even collaborate with the robotNazis who control the ITTF . That is disgusting

This is where you are TOTALLY mistaken
Here is why
USATT or other ITTF member associations (such as DTTB or TT Canada or TT England etc.) have no obligation to follow ITTF rules & regulations 100%
For example JTTA has additional requirements that all blades must be JTTA approved.
in November 2000 , USATT OFFICIALLY approved Marty Reisman to use a one color (blue / blue) racket in the main events (not hardbat ONLY event) of the NATT Teams in Baltimore Maryland.
1000s of (click link >) robotNazis get to enjoy the privileges of dangerous boosters & spein glues every day worldwide with the full blessing of ITTF & IOC

So why can't these choppers ask for permission to use rubbers that provide a somewhat fair & level playing field ?
An Aspect Ratio of 1.3 is not even close enough to provide a fair & level playing field
The proper values for choppers would be an Aspect Ratio of at least 1.5 & maximum allowed pip length of only 2.50 mm to compensate for the (click link >) 14 rule and regulation changes since 1977 by the ITTF to severely limit the choppers in the current 40+ mm plastic ball only era

There is nothing wrong in just asking for permission. USATT can deny these players permission just like they denied me permission in 2000 but a few months later gave permission to Marty Reisman to use a one color racket. Talk about hypocrisy.

The entry deadline in June 16th Tuesday
All USATT do is someone at Official capacity at USATT such as Tina Ren or any committee member etc. send me an email authorizing me use Magic 77 at the USA Nationals 2026. I will sign up for maximum number of events I am eligible

But there is more . If you allow me use Magic 77 at US Open 2026 , I will also signup for maximum number of events

USATT allows robotNazis to use illegal boosters & spein glues. All I am asking is extend me a similar courtesy and let me use a rubber that somewhat (though not completely) levels the playing field

I can see where your confusion comes from
You think this way because you have incorrectly assumed that ITTF Statutes are binding 100% upon each member association like USATT
It is not.
Also US Nationals (US Closed) and Us Open are not ITTF sanctioned tournaments like a WTT tournament in San Francisco
USATT is free to use a completely different set of rules if they choose to.

But usually Member associations do not but there are always exceptions
Member Associations are know to give exceptions
USATT gave permission to Marty Reisman (via tournament director though indirectly) to use a one color racket at NA Teams but refused permission for a chopper to use Feint Long Classic. Both in 2000 with months apart.

If Virginia Sung wants to do the ethical thing she could authorize US Open & US Nationals to allow the use of non-ITTF slim pips such as (Feint Long Classic & Juic Leggy Classic) & actual long pips (such as Magic 77)

BTW FYI US Open 2026 is no longer an ITTF tournament as was in previous years.
So all these players have to do is get approval from Tournament Director to use actual long pips

I see no reason why these choppers should not.
