ITTF LARC used to be updated 4 times an year
January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1

This no longer seems to be true.

ITTF now updates their LARC randomly anytime
New rubbers are added & rubbers are de-approved at any random time

Soo if you go to an ITTF affiliated tournament , don't be surprised if your rubber has been de-approved & you cannot use it

This is ok for newly added rubbers since there is a column called New

But the column for de approval date is confusing

It would make some sense if they kept a separate rolling list of de-approved rubbers going back to maybe 2 years if not more
So there won't be any surprises at tournaments
