Can you name any of the eight rule chnages or rule changes (clevely disguised as regulations changes) to severely limit the capabilities of defenders & pips / anti players ?

controlled ITTF does not want you. The ONE & ONLY reason they have not banned you is because they do not want you to go start your own association, like the
robotNazis
threatened to do in 1995 to get the speed-glue ban repealed withing months afterit was passed by the ITTF. This would result in dilution of TOTAL control of the sport by the robotNazi controlled ITTF & of course ITTF does not want that
