Sick tired of pips & anti cheats.
I beg ITTF to ban all pips & anti. We loopers are the majority & in any decent democracy , doesn't the majority prevail.
Please enough is enough .

I also do badly want all pips & anti banned completely.
It is not that ITTF does not want to ban all pips & anti. They do. And badly.
But ITTF will never ever ban pips & anti
Here is why. It is because they learned their lesson in 1995. The robotNazis threatened to start their own association if speed-glue ban is not repealed & ITTF had to repeal the ban & had to institute a watered down fake ban to save face.
ITTF does not want this embarassment again only much worse if the low life pips / anti users went out & started their own association.

So ITTF is very clever. They chose to keep the pips & anti but severely limit their capabilties slowly but surely. This is how they have made 14 rule and regulations chanegs since 1977 that fully or partially limits choppers.

So your only option is to come up with new & creative way to pass the next rule (disguised as a regulation, since regulations are much easier to pass) to limit the capabilities of pips & anti.
