Best long pips listed on current ITTF LARC
I was just wondering what is the best chopping long pips that is currently isted on ITTF LARC

But seriously, there are NO chopping long pips on the ITTF LARC in the current 40+ plastic ball ONLY era
Because of the 8 rule or regulation changes since 1983 (to exterminate the choppers slowly, rather than ban all pips & anti), it is not possible to design a long pips rubber within current ITTF rules & design specifications to provide decent level of backspin for anywhere close to a level playing field
