Secret table tennis events in Americas

I went to the ittf website and looked at events list below

Then I went to events tab at the Americas continental website below
Americas ITTF website event list
The Americas ITTF website only shows WTT events.
But there are so many ITTF events (not WTT events) listed on iTTF calendar is not shown at Americas ITTF website
It is as if these events are a secret.
For example there are quite a few veterans events especially that most veterans would enjoy going to, not onlt from Americas but also from elsewhere. But no details are vailable as to whether these are open to anyone or limited to cetain countries or a country etc (which is fine if it is but should be clear)
