I can post from my house but when traveling it says my IP is permanently banned

Lot of IP groups may get banned by Central System Admin to block spammers. Unfortunately it also includes some VPNs
We are in the process of creating a user group with higher privileges.
We will notify you later when done.

Looks like only few posters are banned as they repeatedly tried to spam.
Other posters seem OK
