Iran TTA made a propsoal at AGM 2022 at the ITTF Summit in Amman Jordan
This failed.
The probelm was that it had two parts
1. Remove timeouts from tabletennis
2. Remove lets for net services
The big problem was that they tried to combine two proposals into one.

I think they may have better luck at 2023 AGM if they try these proposals separately.
