Updated list of the 9 changes that were partially or fully aimed at limiting pips to speed up the extermination of choppers & other defenders or pips players.
The work is far from complete & ITTF hereby pledges to work harder on behalf of booster supremacists. working on further limits on pips & anti rubbers.

1. 1983 The Two Color rubbers Rule
2. 1995 Quick repeal of the speed glue ban
3. 1998 Durban Aspect Ratio Reduction Regulation Massacre
4. 2000 Move from 38 mm ball to 40- mm ball
5. 2004 Pip distribution density reduction regulation
6. 2008 Frictionless Pips ban
7. 2008 Fake Booster Ban
8. 2014 Ball material Change to plastic & size to 40+
9. 2022 Total ban on all celluloid 40- balls

Even the most experienced players are aware of this level of oppression of pips / anti players because ITTF constantly uses disinformation campaigns to hide these rule & regulation changes
