What is the ideal throw angle on the forehand rubber?

Your question also asks about forehand. Why only forehand ?

Any the question is wrong because

1. The ideal throw angle fro your rubber is what suits your own playing style & strengths the best
2. So it does not matter whether it is your forehand or backhand
