Suh Hyo Won - using wrong rubber / blade.....Is she using Feint Long now ?

The video below is very confusing.
She first said at 3:38 of the video that she was using TSP P1 Curl. Then at 3:48 she says she is using Feint Long
Are TSP Curl P1 & Butterfly Feint Long currently approved for use in ITTF LARC ? I don't see them listed
I thought both these rubbers were banned by the 1998 Aspect Ratio Regulation ?
Then she goes on to say she is sposoreed by Victas, but she says she is using Feint Long
I assume she meant TSP Curl P1r and Butterfly Feint Long 3
Anyway both these rubbers are garbage in the 40+ plastic ball ONLY era.
She needa a high aspect ration super long pips to maximize the looper torture index
Also she says she is usig Butterfly Diode which is also a semi-large head blade & doe not give enough back spin
She needs at least a large blade (170 mm width and 170 mm height) if not a supe rlarge blade ( 175 mm )
