Thread Name Long pips vs spaghetti-string tennis racket. Post #9
So the governing organization of a sport banned strange equipment because it gives an unfair advantage to unathletic players??? Hmmm wonder why they did that? Maybe because it takes away from the game and gives players who are not athletic to be competitive. No different than LP.......

Sure it may take some time to adjust strokes and timing but it doesn't require the same athletism, skill, stamina, power, speed etc that normal equipment requires to play at top levels.

Topic Thread : TOO MANY FRAUDS. Post #5
So people who use a rubber that relies on deception are complaining about "illegal" rubbers that causes more deception??? Sounds to me there should be a different class that groups all the pips players together and let them play each other.

..Another reason why I hate LP. You are playing the equipment and not the player. If one wins from their skill what difference if they show people the equipment? I've always felt that below 2000 they should have tournaments that separate pips players vs inverted. Above that the players would have enough skill and training to counter it.

Thread Name : Losing pretty instead of winning uglyPost #25
You've just described every long pips player. They can only win ugly because they can't win pretty so they have to resort to different tactics.

Thread Name :- Illegal long pips are actually very fun to play against. Post #56

Not long ago I had to umpire a match between two long pipster. Both players have one side inverted and the other side long pips. Both play BH blocks.

Here is how it went.

Player A serves, Player B blocks. Player A returns and the ball either goes into the net or fly out of the table. After two serves the role is reverse and the same process repeats ad nauseum until the match ends.

I was bored to death.

NB: Both players has absolutely zero leg movement, both stand at the center and near table. 100% using hands and wrist with absolutely no body mechanics.
Ahahaha!!!! :ROFLMAO: that is hilarious
