ITTF Ranking list should show highest ever rank

Post by Marustri »

It would be really nice if the ITTF ranking list can show the highest ranking ever reached by a player right next to the current ranking

To me this is more meaningful than showing the up & down data comapred to previous month

Even better way to do is to graph it like USATT does for ratinsg .
Click on link below
Individual player rating graph

You would do the same but it wouldeb for ranking instead of ratings

I do not know of any player who cares much about their current ranking unless it happens to be the highest.
It may be useful for setting draws but a player does not care about that
