I was wondering if sandpaper rackest are still allowed
WHat do you mean "still" allowed ?
Sandpaper was NEVER allowed in official ITTF competitions
Of course you can play in your home
Or at your club................if someone is stupid enough waste their time with this nonsense playing with you
