I was looking at the webpage below at TTCanada's website

This page is a joke. TT Canada is lying blatantly and shamelessly.

Because this webpage cleverly evades at what levels these tests will be performed.
Fact still remain that these tests willnot be performed 100% even at pro levels.
They talk about VOC control. How do they lan to do this ?
Thickness gauge is NOT a VOC control that ITTF wants IOC & others to believe.

You left out the most important part.
There will be zero testing for VOC at the lower levels of the sport.

It is like the health of lower level players, spectators , family members & officials etc is not at all imporatnt to ITTF.
Keep in mind that we are nt talking about just first hand effects on player who is abusing spein glues & boosters.
The second hand effects are not any less important
