It is listed as a wide (stiff) pips on current ITTF LARC

Maybe it is similar to Butterfly Magnitude, one of the all time popular rubbers in the 38 mm ball era ?

Yes. from pip structure it does look like somewhat of a Butterfly Magnitude reincarnation

I hope Dr.Neubauer, SpinLord, DMS & variou s Chinese & Indonesian manufcaturers can quickly come up with a better clone before Butterfly corners the market.

This is a great opportunity for Indonesia to break into the Global market and anchor their actual long pips products

Here are some pictures from above Butterfly official website
First thing I noticed is the vertical oreientation.
So that rules out any notions of it being a rubber designed for heavier top spinning or back spinning to start with, because the vertical alignment becomes a more dominant factor compared to other pip design parameters such as its grippy pips because of tiny pips on top of each pip.
This pip design is 3 layered if you look at the attachments below from above official website.
There is a base pip that is of much larger diameter. Then another pip with smaller diameter on tiop of this base pip. Finally theer are a bunch of tiny pips on top of each pip.

In fcat there seems to be 4 distibt pip layers not 3

1. The base pip of a larger diameter
2, a pip of smaller diamter on top of that
3. actually you will see another piplayer of wider wip diameter than the second one above.
4. The tiny pips sit on top of the 3rd pip

So it is a double mushroom pip LOL
What the Yung 63-8A that Deng Yaping used earlier (before switching to RITC 755 when she won everything) was a single mushroom design with a larger diameter pip sitting on top of a smaller diameter base pip

The disruption obviously has to come from the starnge pip design & not from from the pip top for sure because the pip top is clearly grippy with tiny pips & not frictionless.

Butterfly Resilon is the ONLY frictionless pip from Butterfly before it was banned by the ITTF
One of the best ever attacking pips and was used by many time USA champion David Zhuang.

Interesting name.
If you Google Bugller it take yiou directly to rubber.

This is unlike when you type the word Feint in Goole search

Maybe TableTennis manufacturers sgould strat using distinctly unique names for their rubbers & blades so that it makes it easier to find it on internet search engines.

The phrase "table tennis" in itself most annoying because close to half the search result sbring lawn tennis related items.
I wish TableTennis players would start using TableTennis as one word (instead of the two word phrase Table Tennis) so that this won't happen in internet searches
