I heard that there are penalties for using pips in some countries & some coutries ar even harsher

Is there a table that list the penalties ny country ?

I do not know about that one.
But I sure would like a list of countries that provides government subsidies & other rewards for boosting & spein gluing

An interesting fact is that the only country I know of , where there are no penalties for pips use are probably China &Indonesia
And South Korea may be quite similar. North Korea of course is a strange & unique situation
From what I heard , there a re lot os players there who even use actual long pips in addition to those who use slim pips in China & Indonesia

I believe most other countries have some sort of penalties for pips use.
The penalties are harshest in most countries of Africa , I hear.
Sweden also has strict penalties for pips use.
Vietnam I hear is also like that.
India is very interesting situtation because there are no penalties for women but theer are harsh penalties for men who use pips.

Japan is also quite interesting because while there are no official penalties for pips use social castigation penaties can be much harsher it seems
