So what would you rather play ?
ITTF's version of Top spin ONLY Olympic TableTennis using smooth rubber dumb blades and dumb rackets and common law illegal chemicals live a life of hatemongering and playing the victim card blaming your opponent and play third ball and fifth ball rallies that will drive spectators away from the sport
or
All Spins Diversity Table Tennis with a different federation using both smooth rubber AND pips or anti smart blades and smart rackets on a fair and level playing field that will also bring back spectators to the sport with longer rallies ?

Why do we have to have to 75% vote to change an ITTF rule ?
This is so unfair & almost impossible. Are there any democracies that require more than 51% vote to change a law ? May be I am ignorant about this
There clearly are more than about two thirds (about 67%) of players that do NOT want any part of pips or anti & ONLY wants top spin only Olympic table tennis (Of course half of these 67% will NEVER admit that they hate pips but will sing songs of praise of choppers etc).
ITTF should do the right ethical thing and ban anti and all pips

Supermajority (67% or 75%) requirement is not so uncommon
In fact some sports bodies require 100% (consensus)
So ITTF is doing best they can.
Which is to try to pass something as a rule first (75% majority) and if it fails ten pass it as a regulation change (only 51% needed and that also only from executive council and not 227 AGM member nations).
So it is best to keep making changes without fully banning pips.
Pips players , especially choppers are as dumb as the come and they also have zero self-respect or self-esteem and will NEVER get the message that they are not really wanted . They will NEVER leave and form their own association. Instead they will continue to crave to win approval from
robotNazis and will continue to abide by the ITTF's rules changes over and over and over and over, regardless of how oppressive they may be.
Pips players are too stupid to understand all this. They can be brainwashed by the ITTF into believing that something is indeed wrong with them & they deserve these rule changes to punish them.
In the meantime
robotNazis can continue to play the victim card as to how unfair ITTF is for banning spein glues and boosters (it does not matter how unhealthy they are) to manipulate the ITTF

It should actually be an easy choice > All spins table tennis
But 90% of players choose ITTF's top spin only Olympic table tennis because the brainwashing and peer pressure by the
robotNazis and ITTF coaches is so intense and unrelenting.
But the problem is that more players than not cannot even loop even on the forehand let alone the backhand
but they choose dumb rackets and dumb blades with smooth rubber both sides
Fact is that 90% players can never loop consistently on the backhand
But they confuse the ability to just block or push on the backhand with the ability to be two winged loopers and live the delusional fantasies of being a Ma Long or Wladner or Fan Zhendong . These players cannot even top spin drive consistently let alone loop on the backhand
These players will keep forcing the issue rather than make the obvious choice they should be making , which is pay all spins table tennis using smart blades and smart rackets with spinny inverted one side and use actual OX
long flex pips on the other side.
These top spin only players need to understand that it is not their fault that they cannot loop consistently and powerfully on the backhand. It is just the nature of human condition and biomechanics that the backhand is the weakside for 90% of the humans. Tennis has recognized this weakness more than 50 years ago. And now even more and more pickleball players are moving to two handed backhands.
