Most beginners are like you because they are brainwashed by the (click link >) robotNazis controlled ITTF and its coaches into thinking that
(click link >) Top spin ONLY Olympic version fake table tennis is the one & only table tennis there is.

As long as you wake up and face reality that Olympic table tennis is a fraud & move on to all spins diversity table tennis , you will be OK
But sooner the better

In all fairness to Pedro, he is not the only player who had been brainwashed by the ITTF.
You will see 100s and 100s of posters in all ITTF worship forums who had been convinced that Top spin spin only Olympic Table tennis is the one & only version of table tennis.
It will take a lot of work to de-program and save these players even if ITTF miraculously pulls itself out of the clutches of the robotNazis.
But I do not see that happening any time. If any it will continue to get worse.
