You focus seems to be more only on the handles. I am not saying they are NOT important. They are indeed.godysseus wrote:on Friday October 31 at 1:01 PM #14
We’ve been developing adaptive table tennis blades specifically for para and wheelchair athletes – focusing on neutral balance, optimized feedback, and customizable grip geometry to improve control and comfort in close-to-table play.
Our goal is to better understand the biomechanical challenges and setup preferences of adaptive players and translate those insights into meaningful design features.
More information about our current work can be found here:

And you seem to have some thoughtful designs.
But unfortunately , unless I am mistaken . all your blades are designed for the ITTF's top spin only Olympic table tennis but none for all spins diversity table tennis players.
The composition of the blade layers for various playing styles and their biomechanics is also as important (probably little more important) than handle designs
You talk about biomechanics. Even most non-para players do not have backhands equal to forehand.
Most of the blades designed in table tennis are dumb blades designed for Top spin ONLY Olympic version fake table tennis
Looks like you have made a convenient assumption that everyone should be playing ITTF's top spin only Olympic table tennis
If you really want to design blades for para players & even older players , your blades MUST be (click link >) smart blades
There maybe a small % of para (or master's) players who may be able to use dumb blades but that is exception rather than the rule.
