As all we know ,Frictionless Long Pimples were banned by ITTFyears ago.(By the way they were the richness of our dear sport table tennis but they were banned.)
Some players because of their love to frictionless pimples begin to buy normal long pimple rubbers and with some methods they changed them to frictionless pips.
İn order to stop this, ITTF put friction level to long pimples.First 25 Milli Newton and then 50 .If the long pip below this it is not legal.
By doing this what ITTF has forgotten is how to supervise this. The machine's price which measure
this thousands of dolars and also ITTF T9 documents have no friction test.So by this way Frictionless Low for long pimples became one of the unforcable laws of Table tennis.
Of course this damaged the honest players of table tennis.ITTF must find solution to this problem.
Thanks.
I would like to say "I dare the ITTF to enforce the pip friction BEFORE enforcing the booster / spein glue ban "
But I cannot because pips players are so stupid and choppers are bigger fools and they (pips fools) would do absolutely nothing if ITTF enforces pi friction before enforcing the booster / spein glue ban.
Because pips fools have done absolutely nothing since 1977 after
(click link >) 14 rule and regulation changes since 1977 by the ITTF

Does Fadil Olguner realize the following ?

1. There are probably about 100 to 200 booster & spien glue cheats for every pips cheat ?
2. The booster & spein glue cheating has been going on since 1995

But ITTF or IOC has done absolutely nothing about this for more than 30 years now.

But Fadil Olguner wants ITTF to enforce pips testing ? SERIOUSLY ?

I think you are referring to increasing the COF (Coefficient of Friction) from 0.25 to 0.50 for pips only (not anti) in 2008 for the frictionless pips ban

I noticed that you are using Spin Parasite anti on your backhand.

ITTF limited the pips friction for pips only but not for the anti.

So is it not hypocritical ?

Hi Fadi,
The friction level , known as Coefficient of Friction or more accurately Coefficient of kinetic Friction is not in milliNewtons
COF is a dimensionless number between 0 and 1 for rubbers
(It could be higher in some cases like metal to metal like 1.4)
The higher the friction , the more the number.
For example , sticky spinny inverted rubbers would have the highest COF , probably 0.75 or more
On the flip side the current frictionless antis probably have the lowest COF , about 0.25 to 0.3

As you said, pips (any pips) cannot have a COF less than 0.5 currently and it it used to be 0.25 before the frictionless pips ban of 2008

Cheers

Yes this is correct.
COF is a dimensionless number just like Aspect Ratio
But COF is a relative measurement between two surfaces (like ball & bat)
That is why it is always between 0 and 1 for rubbers

On the other hand, Aspect Ratio is an absolute measurement
It is a ratio (duh) > pip height( length ) divided by pip diameter ( width )
That is why it can be more than 1 such as 1.3 or 1.11 for slim pips
It is 0.89 for wide pips

Real long pips would have an ideal Aspect Ratio of at least 1.5 to compensate for (click link >) 14 rule and regulation changes since 1977 by the ITTF to severely limit the choppers in the current 40+ mm plastic ball only era

ITTF currently limits Aspect Ratio to a pathetic 1.1

Many non-ITTF long pips with Aspect Ratio close to 1.5 are available mostly from China & Indonesia
You can use these in any non-ITTF tournaments .
There are lots and lots of non-ITTF tournaments are popping up worldwide
You can use non-ITTF long pips in local leagues as well with permission from league admin.

Your true rating probably is available from Ratings Central and not from ITTF affiliated rating systems such as USATT or DTTB' rating system (TTR).
Because their ratings are designed to promote & protect top spin only Olympic table tennis where higher length & higher aspect ratio pips are banned
