Chinese pips are inferior to Japanese pips when it comes to spin manipulation. Just get Feint 2/3 or Curl P1/3aV, they are pretty cheap already compared to stuff like Grass DTecS
Yes initial slim pips rubbers from Japan were decent in the 38 mm ball era after the 1977 Birmingham ban on long pips .
