LOW-FRICTION АNTI SHALL BE RESTRICTED BY CoF. HERE WE STAND.

Since antispin rubbers are now supposed to grow in popularity with competitive players exponentially, we ought to set friction limits for all rubber materials of the type. No "zero friction topsheet" is accepted in competitive sport for obvious lack of dynamical traction. Haotic unpredictable ball bounce makes the sport a game of chance. The lowest admissible CoF for sandwich anti rubbers we designated at 0.25
There is no such rule or regulation for antispin rubbers limiting the required minimum COF at 0.25
He is talking about a possible proposed change & makes it sound like an existing one

There is however a required minimum COF for pips. It was 0.25 before 2008 & changed to 0.50 with the infamous frictionless pips ban

You can tell right away it is a lie by Igorponger.
Because if ITTF wanted a limit, why would they allow 0.25 for anti while they limited it to 0.5 for pips? :D
