The first of the 227 member nations of the ITTF can get a $1000 donation to their association if they call for an EGM for the following.

To repeal the 1998 Durban Aspect Ratio Reduction regulation passed by the ITTF council (different name then)

It does not have to pass. Just have too submit it & call for an EGM meeting of the ITTF Council

You will receive an additional $1000 if this regulation change is passed by the ITTF council

You can receive additional $1000 if you submit a proposition to AGM 2027 to increase the maximum allowed pip length to 2.30 mm from the current 2.05 mm. No need for the proposition to pass. All you need to do is just submit the proposition

But if your association also pushed the proposition thru and passed it, you will receive an additional $2000

This is a genuine offer but void if prohibited by international or USA or other laws and or ITTF / IOC bye laws
If this is the case consider this post as a post to educate choppers about the dark history of the sport related to choppers

That looks like an easy $2000 for a member association
$1000 just to call an EGM of the council to repeal the 1998 Durban AR reduction regulation
$1000 more to submit the proposition to AGM 2027 for rule change to increase max allowed pip length from 2.05 mm to 2.30 mm
Just submitting the proposal. Does not have to even pass
What is the catch ?

What is the catch ?
There is absolutely no catch.
Easy $2000 for 10 minutes of work

Why am I confidently offering it then ?
Because I know it will never happen
ITTF is so incredibly corrupt down to the smallest member association.
They are all (secretly chopper & pip hating) robotNazis but who will publicly talk a big game of how ITTF wants to promote play style diversity
They all will talk but can't walk the walk
