• Tom Brady — Las Vegas Raiders (NFL), Las Vegas Aces (WNBA), Birmingham City (English football). Brady personally owns 5% of the Raiders, and his ownership of the Aces and Birmingham City is also established.
• LeBron James — Boston Red Sox, Liverpool FC, Pittsburgh Penguins, AC Milan, plus interests through Fenway Sports Group. He is therefore a genuine multi-sport/team investor, not merely an athlete with one franchise investment.
• Patrick Mahomes — Kansas City Royals (MLB), Sporting Kansas City (MLS), Kansas City Current (NWSL), Alpine F1, and a forthcoming professional pickleball investment.
• Brittany Mahomes — Kansas City Current (NWSL) as a founding co-owner. Her ownership is primarily the Current, so she is not a multi-team owner by herself in the same sense as Patrick.

Charlotte Hornets — NBA — he sold his majority stake in 2023, but still retains a minority stake and remains an alternate governor.
