Looper torture index : How to perform a proper comparison test > ITTF slim pips vs non-ITTF actual long pips

Before you delve into this test you need to understand why this test is essential for TOATLLY clueless choppers who support ITTF & do not understand ITTF corruption and robotNazi brainwashing
To start, choppers need to get this in their heads first > There are no actual "long" pips in ITTF table tennis.
ITTF banned all long pips at the 1977 Birmingham BGM (This is known as the Chopper Massacre 1 ..... Chopper massacre 2 happened in 1998) to place severe limits on chopping & backspin capabilities of pips rubbers.
Since 1977 the robotNazis controlled ITTF has pass (click link >) 18 rule and regulation changes that limit the backspin capabilities of choppers . Some of these rule changes were directly aimed at chop defender . Others at block defenders. Other changes apply indirectly as we are in the 40+ plastic ball only era of table tennis .
There is a lot more to story of ITTF corruption but we will discuss this separately.
Anyway if you want to understand the details of what is a slim pips rubber compared to an acual long pips rubber, please visit this webpage below

The website All Spins Table tennis also contains other important advanced information about pips etc
For now let us stick to the comparison test.
Let us assume you wan to compare a non-ITTF actual long pips rubber such as Magic 77 against a, ITTF LARC slim pips such as Feint Long 2 or 3 or Victas P1 Curl or KTL Stranger OX .
I chose these 3 rubbers because all clueless choppers are under the delusion that Feint Long 2 or 3 & Victas Curl P1 are some sort Godsent rubbers for choppers. Fact is that they are complete joke in the 40+ plastic ball only era. KTL Stranger is the best all around slim pips rubber but it is also a complete joke in the 40+ plastic ball era for choppers.
To perform the comparison test you need two identical rackets except that the pips rubbers will be different
That is both rubbers will have the same blade & same rubber on the other side than these pips rubbers (It is usually a spinny inverted rubber with thick sponge or wide pips rubber with thick sponge, the wide pips is what I would recommend)
The only difference on these rackets is that you will have Magic 77 OX on one racket & either Feint Long 2 or 3 OX or TSP Curl P1 OX etc. on other side.
I also recommend using a truly oversized (at least 172mm by 172 mm width and length) custom smart blade & not a tiny mass produced dumb blade for both rackets.
Now you want to test these two rackets against the same exact set of 3 or 4 looper opponents.
The only problem is that this test is not valid against opponents if they are below a rating of around at least USATT 1700 or more.
Why ? Because players below this level are usually very weak against pips and also cannot generate enough top spin to notice any significant difference in performance.
Of course the test will become more valid if the test set of opponents are all rated over USATT 2200
You will begin to understand how low the Looper Torture Index of ITTF slim pips is compared to actual ITTF long pips & you as a chopper will begin to understand & appreciate the full level of the depths of depravity that the robotNazis controlled ITTF has sunk to since 1977 with its 18 rule & regulation changes to limit choppers,
This is when you as a chopper, will begin to notice significant difference in performance & why ITTF slim pips are a complete joke & rubbers like Feint Long 2 or 3 or Victas Curl P1 are totally useless pure ass wipes in the 40+ plastic ball only era
The unfortunate part of all this is that Feint Long Classic (not 2 or 3) was one of the best slim pips rubbers of all time & used by almost all choppers before 1999 when became a collateral damage when ITTF passed the Durban 1998 Aspect Ratio Reduction (Chopper Masascre 2) regulation to punish TSP Curl P1 (& Tibhar Grass Long etc.)
Note : Chopper Massacre 1 was total ban on ALL long pips at the Birmingham 1977 BGM
