But no mention of the fact that it is not approved under new ITTF rules to use a sponge that is not part of the rubber that is listed on LARC

This is the primary reason I do not follow OOAK forum
I can quote 100s of instances where HaggisV posts misleading information about pips
They claim they promote all spins styles
But if you post anything about non-ITTF rubbers you are considered a nut job & eventually your posts deleted & you will be banned using the convenient excuse that you are trolling or spamming
