The error said
This site can’t be reachedThe webpage at https://tabletennis.sport.org.cn/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

It is sad that the website of such a large country & most powerful in tabletennis cannot even have their website open properly
Reflects badly not only on CTTA but on ATTU & ITTF as well

https://tabletennis.sport.org.cn is the correct web address listed on ITTF directory

Maybe Chinese don't care about outside visibility of their website.
To be fair lot of country websites on ITTF directory either don't exist or horrible & only in local language
Only exception is European nations. Other continents are all pretty bad.

These days you can hire middle school students in any country to be interns for managing the website & they would do a far better job.

Quite possibly the access is blocked outside China
I tried to VPN using a China server & it is blocked as well.
It is sort of hilarious in a way Chinese are being secretive to outside world LOL
