What does strong side & weak side mean in table tennis ?

In almost all racket sport there is a forehand & a backhand.
In general for most humans the forehand is stronger than backhand mostly because of the way human body functions.

In tabletennis this is far more prounced & lot more important because the playing style for most players in table tennis may be very different on their backhand compared to forehand
