Highly technical & extremely controversial topics. Not for the faint of heart

Paint sheets are tactically garbage. Don't use please

There are lots of TPH(Traditional PenHold) players out there who use paint sheets.
This is a real nbad idea.

If you prefer a light blade you should use an OX long pips (or a 0.5 mm anti at worst) instead of the paint sheet
If you prefer a heavy blade you should use a long pips with thick rubber (or a 2.0mm at worst) instead of the paint sheet.

If use one of the above this would give a tactical advantage against robotNazis even if you never use the backside at all in the actual match. All you need to do is ONLY use your backside a lot just during warm up during warm up with your robotNazi opponent (or any opponent)(if you warm up at all............ I highly discourage warming up against your opponent but should warm up with a friend who plays the same style & uses same rubber as your opponent , if this is possible). This is thoroughly confuse your opponent & if he or she is a robotNazi, they will be terrified.
