The ITTF does not approve or analyze blades. The JTTA does, but i don't know where their list of approved blades is.

JTTA Approved Blades

I am not 100% sure but looks like this is the latest list.
Cannot translate to English as it is a PDF. (amy be there is way othe rthan convert PDF to WOrd but again it will be lost in Japanese translation)

Kagin ,
I believe you asked the same question (or made some reference to this JTTA item) in 2016.
You are on ITTF Equipment Committee & you have lot more power & access to these kinds of information but yet you never bothered to find out ?
Just saying

JTTA vs JTTAA

JTTA stands for Japanese Table Tennis Association
JTTAA stands for Japanese Table Tennis Association Approved

I heard some blades (& rubbers) have the JTTA stamp & others have JTTAA stamp to indicate that it is an approved blade
