Unhealthy obsession of pips players with ITTF approval

As most of you may not know for sure, pips rubbers listed on ITTF LARC are 200% functionally useless in the 40+ plastic ball ONLY era. This section is for discussion about older rubbers from 38 mm ball era & 40- celluloid ball ere that may be still more functionally useful in the 40+ plastic ball era than rubbers designed for 40+ plastic ball ONLY era. This section also discusses new rubbers that are not listed on ITTF LARC but are functionally superior to rubbers currently listed on current ITTF LARC. Contrary to popular myth ITTF is NOT the sole supreme authority on table tennis & you are free to use these super functional rubbers as you wish. The question of who will play against you is a just only a matter of who are your true friends in table tennis & not ITTF rules or regulations especially at lower levels & especially in tournaments not affiliated with ITTF (incorrectly referred to as “unsanctioned” tournaments)

Unhealthy obsession of pips players with ITTF approval

Post by John Spin »

Pips players need to get over their excessively unhealthy obsession with their rubbers being ITTF approved.
You need to first understnd that as soon as a pips out rubber becomes effective, robotNazis will complain loud to the robotNazi controlled ITTF, who will immediately step in and ban that rubber. ITTF will manufacture some bizarre excuses but they know it really does not matter because they know pips players cannot & will not do anything about it anyway.

I am strongly against cheating without the knowledge of approval from both your oppoennt & your opponeny by not showing your racket or treating your rubber agisnt Rule 2.4.7/

However if you show your racket to your opponent beforehand and if your opponent refuses to play you using sorry excuses such as that it is not on ITTF LARC (while on the other hand they most likely violate Rule 2.4.7 by spoosting or spin gluing with zero chemcial testing by ITTF to detect this), you know who your your freinds are & who the real cheats are in table tennis

LOL
This is very true.
Almost all (long) pips players are either clueless or are in denial trying to convince themselves that ITTF is a corruption free organization controlled by fair minded officials who believe in diversity of playing styles. The pips players are the laughing stock & a pathetic sad joke of the tabletennis world.
