Hello,
Why are you so obsessed with your opponents' rubbers ?

You don't seem to undestand that you do not need permission from ITTF to sell ANY rubber.
Only a manufacturer cannot make NEW rubbers with ITTF logo once ITTF license has expired or had been revokded by ITTF
The manufacturer can continue to market the exact same exact brand without ITTF logo (unless there is some prior approval agreement between manufacturer & ITTF, which I highly doubt)

Even if a rubber has been removed from ITTF LARC, there is no law that I know of, that says a dealer cannot sell old stock
