Under Hardbat / Snadpaper rules on (Page 9 of 9) it says
Hardbat and Sandpaper Events Rules: Hardbat rules, as adopted by the USATT Classic Table
Tennis CommiƩee, will be used for all Hardbat and Sandpaper events. All rules and all current
raƟngs (Hardbat, Sandpaper, Wood) are only available at https://icttf.com/rankings

First problem is that none of the 3 links on the brochure are hyperlinked. Meaning it is not a clickable link.
But this is not a major issue.
Because I can just copy & paste into the address bar of my browser & click it.

But the major problem with the link https://icttf.com/rankings is that it does bot go to ratings or rankings page & gives a "page not found" error
If I just use https://icttf.com it also gives a "page not found" error

That is because the website icttf.com is no longer functional , though still registerd to someone in Ireland

I googled ICTTF and though their website has changed.

I went to above website.
But it does not show any rules such as what rubbers & frames are legal in hardbat events at US Nationals 2024
Very confusing.
