Looks like some of their rubbers are rebranded as Blütenkirsche
It has some short & long pimples
Take a look at attachment below
That is a German name. I thought Kokutaku was Japanese

I see lots of Kokutak pimple rubbers on sites like Ali Express or Taobao etc
I guess they are no longer ITTF approved then ?
