Do you think para player sbe using dumb rackets ?
Given that most able bodies players (amateurs) have serious problems with their ability to loop on the backhand

in some para classifications, a handful of amateurs probably can loop on the backhand (so can use dumb rackets)
But this % has to be even less compared to non para players.
Given that, only about at most 20% of amateurs in non para events can loop well on backhand, I would estimate about 5% to 10% for para amateurs.
For wheelchair amateur athletes, this % is probably less than 5% .

So in summary, para players are the worst candidates (worse than older adults) for starting in the sport using dumb rackets
