This tournament doe snot make any sense to me.
First of all it looks an OFFICIAL tournament like regular Pan American Championships or Pan American Junior Champioships , where countries nominate teams & most of the same players play singles , doubles & mixed doubles events.
This format makes no sense at al all for Masters.
IMO opinios this event should be like the World Masters Championships. Click here that was held in Rome in July 2024 with 6000 players, where any individual player can enter.
They would also get lot more players. I for one would consider going
I hope they hold the next such event in USA or Canada under such format. That would be really cool
