USATT has refined the tournament rating system from 1994. While no rating system is perfect, USATT tournament ratings pricees been continuously refined & improed.

That is crazy especially given that you have admitted it is impractical for you to develop, which I totally understand.
IMO therefore the right thing to do is admit your rating syatem is only good for league .
No shame in that .
Your claculator may still help in tournaments in a player gains or loses less tha 50 points as expplained in tournament processing webpage.
But final ratings for tournaments will not work accurately in more cases that not.

USATT should probably combine above two pages into one but I doubt they will due to usual internal politics
Even long time USATT tournamnet & league players have this confusion.
